Overview
“Community Guide” is one of the menus in the Community Dashboard on the IDN Times website which contains the writing guidelines of the IDN Times Community. This menu was implemented first in August 2019.
Problem
Community Writers do not understand the term "Community Guide" on the IDN Times Community Dashboard page. As a result, it turns out that there are so many articles that need to be revised by the editor or rejected because the articles do not meet the guidelines.

Research
We interviewed 15 Community Writers. In each interview group, we found out that at least 3 to 5 people mentioned that they did not realize if there was a "Community Guide" which contained writing guidelines. As a result, their submitted articles were pending or they did not get a review from the editor. It then impacts the number of article submissions and publish.

The Community team agreed to rename the menu "Community Guide" into "Panduan Menulis" and it would be implemented in IDN App either.

Review and Result
After being implemented in March 2020, we conducted a review in June 2020 which is also the end of Q2.
As a result, there was an increase

in Q2 in active writers, article submission, and published article.
